Lecturer - Department of Physiology

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1.    Teach, examine and grade students;

2.    Supervise research for students;

3.    Mentor junior staff;

4.    Conduct research and community outreach activities;

5.    Write proposals for attracting funding to the department;

6.    Perform any other official duties as assigned by the Head of Department

 Required Qualifications

1. PhD in Physiology or a closely related biomedical science discipline from a recognized institution;
   
2. A Master of Science degree in Physiology from a recognised institution;
   
3. An honors Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB), or a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a recognised institution;
