Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Teach, examine and grade students;
2. Supervise research for students;
3. Mentor junior staff;
4. Conduct research and community outreach activities;
5. Write proposals for attracting funding to the department;
6. Perform any other official duties as assigned by the Head of Department
Required Qualifications
i) PhD in Management or Business Administration with specialization in Accounting or Finance, or Taxation or PhD in Accounting or Finance or Risk and Investment Management;
ii) Master’s degree of Business Administration with specialization in Accounting or Finance, or Accounting and Finance or Master of Science Degree in Accounting, Finance or Accounting and Finance or Master’s degree in Investment and Risk Management or Master of Science degree in Financial Engineering/Financial Economics;
iii) An Honor’s Bachelor’s degree of Commerce (Accounting or Finance), Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting or Finance), Bachelor of Science Accounting and Finance or Bachelor of Science Accounting or Bachelor of Science Finance or any other Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Risk modelling or Financial Engineering/ Financial Economics or Investment Management.
