Our organization Cash Credit Online holding is peer-to-peer online marketplace connecting borrowers and investors.

we are shareholders of companies in UK , USA and Europe

we need a lawyer. Part-time(from $700+%). or Full-time (from $1000+%).

Skills Required

1. Knowledge of Law and legal practice.

2. Clear speech, without speech defects.

3. Learnability

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to legal issues.
  
• Manage legal process, litigations and business transactions.
• Analyze and identify legal risks and implications.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and/or specialists.
• Handle ad hoc assignments.
• Keep management abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have implications to the Company.

 Minimum Requirements

• Should be 30yrs above
• An Advocate (LLB and Postgraduate Diploma in Law) with in depth knowledge of the law and its practice with a valid practicing Certificate (LDC).
• 5-7 years of relevant experience preferable with an international organization.
• Experienced in private practice and/or in‐house.
• Excellent problem‐solving, analytical and organizational skills;
• Self‐driven and resourceful;
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
