IT Installation Technician

Duties and Responsibilities
Create sub-accounts and update login details in the system.
Sale bikes to different branches using details shared on the in-house spreadsheet.
Renaming the device with the specific number plate and sim card number.
Monitor and provide support to the installation team on the user end like executing commands to see if they are effective or resetting devices with issues.
Monitor device statuses and communicate with different personnel in case they need attention.
Updating the in-house spreadsheet.
Providing support to different staff members with the user end platform.
Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor.

The job holder requires the following specifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• National Certificate in Automotive Mechanics or Information Technology (IT) related Certification.
• At least 2(two) years of working experience or training in apprenticeship in tracking system installation, management, and security.
• Knowledge and skills in the use of computerized diagnostic equipment.
• Skills in tracking system installation, management, and security. 

Person Specifications:

• Ability to work together in a team, under minimum supervision & under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Able to work accurately, paying attention to detail.
• May be required to work outside official work hours and be on call at all times.
