Infrastructure and Security Manager

VizExplorer products are currently being used in major league sports to identify and build audiences for targeted ticket sales and marketing programs, and in health care facilities to track the movement of staff and equipment.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure and Security Manager with AWS skills to join our team.

This role will work closely with members of the Development, QA, and Delivery teams to develop tools to automate internal processes as well as automating deployments to public cloud and on-premises environments. While presenting VizExplorer as a best-in-class Security Focused Organization.

Essential Functions:

• Serve as Infrastructure and Networking subject matter expert and collaborate with our internal and external facing teams on all things related to infrastructure and deployment.
• Serve as a Enterprise Security subject matter expert and collaborate with our internal and external facing teams on all things related to cyber security, data security and access management
• Build Automated Security testing processes into the (CICD) pipeline including Dependency version vulnerability tracking
• Manage and control all AWS expenses to maximize return on investment.
• Manage and maintain a production environment infrastructure to support our customers’ needs and volumes.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure, architecture, tools and processes.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation of Security Standards, processes and reporting.
• Keep abreast of current and emerging technologies
• Other duties as assigned

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 year of work experience in a commercial software environment, including both Enterprise B2B, SaaS
• Extensive experience managing infrastructure in Amazon AWS with a focus on auto scalable infrastructure.
• Experience with serverless computing and AWS Lambda
• Extensive Cyber Security implementation experience
o Audit Facilitation
o AWS Certified Security
o Including Policy Creation
o Change Management and Access Controls
• Experience setting up and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
• Knowledge and experience managing Docker containers.
• Knowledge of build, release and automation using Maven, Jenkins, Grunt and Nexus processes
• Experience with Git (GitLab/GitHub)
• Knowledge and experience administering Linux and Windows servers
• Experience managing multiple team development infrastructure
• Experience managing High Availability Production Environments
• Experience with bash shell scripting preferred
• Experience in configuration management preferred.
