Responsibilities & Duties:
Overseeing and supporting all office administrative duties to ensure smooth operations
Assisting with the administrative tasks related with WASSHA’s human resource function
Ensuring that the independent consultants including field workers are well taken care of, and their disbursements are raised and approved on time to avoid any delays
Obtaining necessary information from operational level new staff, printing out their contracts and making sure they are fully signed, stamped, scanned and shared with the Tax & Accounting Manager
Performing receptionist duties such as welcoming and screening visitors
Coordinating logistics including but not limited to: scheduling, travel arrangements and hotel bookings, for the staff and visitors related to trainings and meetings
Proactively managing office supplies, requisitioning when deemed necessary and generally managing the office budget
Managing the cleaning staff to ensure a high standard of hygiene is maintained at the office premises all times
Receiving and managing the hard copies of signed documentation and electronically filing them
Be proactive and responsive in performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Tax and Accounting Manager
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
2 year working experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English;
Good IT skills including, but not limited to, Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel
Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure
A team player towards the common vision of the company
Be honest, disciplined and with integrity
