Job descriptions & requirements
1. Organizational Health & Safety Support & Monitoring
- Support the implementation of OHS policies and programs at the site level.
- Conduct routine site inspections and monitor the effectiveness of preventive controls.
- Assist in documenting incident investigations and tracking corrective actions.
- Maintain and inspect emergency response equipment.
2. Training Coordination
- Deliver health and safety inductions and daily toolbox talks for staff.
- Assist in organizing safety training sessions and maintaining training attendance records.
- Provide on-site guidance to teams on safety accountability
3. Compliance Tracking
- Assist in gathering data for OSH and NEMA regulatory reports.
- Conduct preliminary site audits and inspections as directed.
- Maintain organized HSSE compliance documentation and records
4. Environmental & Social Assistance
- Support site-level environmental monitoring (waste, water, and soil).
- Assist in the implementation of social grievance mechanisms and community engagement activities.
- Provide data for Environmental & Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs).
5. Collaboration
- Provide technical HSSE support to field-level staff and supervisors
- Coordinate with site leads to ensure safety responsibilities are met daily
