Job summary
The Head of Sales will lead the company’s national sales strategy, revenue growth, distributor network expansion, and business development. This role requires a strong commercial leader capable of building scalable systems, driving performance, and delivering measurable results. The role reports directly to the Country Director
Job descriptions & requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum 6–8 years’ progressive sales experience.
- At least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling sales in distribution-based or FMCG/medical product businesses.
- Strong knowledge of the Ugandan market.
- Demonstrated ability to build systems and lead high-performing teams.
