Job Description/Requirements
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a robust sales and market penetration strategy for Uganda
- Drive revenue through strategic B2B partnerships with hospitals, clinics, HMOs, insurers, and healthcare network
- Set KPIs, track performance, and report progress to executive leadership
Client Acquisition & Partnerships
- Identify and engage key decision-makers in healthcare institutions
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle: pitching, negotiation, closing, and onboarding
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued use of the platform
Team Building & Local Execution
- Recruit, train, and manage a local sales and account management team
- Provide coaching and mentorship to ensure performance and accountability
- Foster a high-performance, goal-oriented sales culture
