Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and mission-driven Head of Sales – Uganda to lead our business development efforts and drive growth in the region. You will be responsible for acquiring institutional clients, growing key partnerships, and building a high-performing local sales team.

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 4 years
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a robust sales and market penetration strategy for Uganda
  • Drive revenue through strategic B2B partnerships with hospitals, clinics, HMOs, insurers, and healthcare network
  • Set KPIs, track performance, and report progress to executive leadership


Client Acquisition & Partnerships

  • Identify and engage key decision-makers in healthcare institutions
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle: pitching, negotiation, closing, and onboarding
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued use of the platform

Team Building & Local Execution

  • Recruit, train, and manage a local sales and account management team
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to ensure performance and accountability
  • Foster a high-performance, goal-oriented sales culture
