Graduate Trainee - Product

We are seeking a highly motivated and curious Graduate Trainee – Product to join our Product team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and building user-centered digital solutions.

As a Product Trainee, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other cross-functional teams to support the full product development lifecycle — from research and discovery through testing, launch, and ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers in gathering, analyzing, and documenting product requirements
  

• Assist in writing clear user stories and defining acceptance criteria
  

• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and product reviews
  

• Conduct user research, surveys, and stakeholder interviews to inform product decisions
  

• Analyze product data and identify trends, insights, or performance gaps
  

• Support testing and quality assurance of new features prior to release
  

• Document product processes and develop internal training materials
  

• Conduct competitive analysis and market research
  

• Track and report on product performance metrics
