Job Summary

The Finance and Administration Officer manages financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash management, while also overseeing administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations and compliance with company policies.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelors
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements


• Oversee the booking and movement of repossessed vehicles in and out of the Yard.

• Manage the repair quotation process on indicated vehicles and provide daily progress


• Ensure timely delivery of quotations and all required processes are followed.

• Overseeing the repair process of vehicles and providing daily progress reports.

• Sign off on all completed jobs and ensuring they match the job quotation.

• Conduct stock take and source any parts or materials not available.

• Supervise Yard staff and ensure they are performing their duties in line with their job

description and set KPIs.

• Record and reconcile all cash transactions at the yard.

• Yard inventory management.

• Any role that may be assigned by your Supervisor.


• Bcomm or BA in Administration or any other relevant field.

• Finance professional qualification will be an added advantage.

• 2-3 year experience as finance administrator or any relevant role.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Familiarity with office management procedures.

• Be able to work with deadlines hence have good organizational and time

management skills.
