Job descriptions & requirements
- Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Find new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide customer service through answering inquiries, giving advice, and providing information about products and services.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Make sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate prices and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with the team members to achieve sales targets.
- Plan, develop and execute sales campaigns as agreed within timelines.
- Market Knowledge and Reporting:
- Staying up to date with industry trends and competitors' products.
- Collect customer contact information and maintain the customer database.
- Provide accurate and timely reports as required by line manager (weekly/monthly).
