Job summary
The Field Recovery Officer will be responsible for following up on overdue accounts, engaging customers in the field, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.

- Conduct field visits to customers with overdue accounts to recover outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery progress.
- Trace and follow up on customers who are unreachable through phone calls.
- Provide regular recovery reports and updates to the supervisor.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal guidelines during recovery activities
- Minimum education level: Diploma in Business in any field.
- Previous experience in debt collection, credit control, or field recovery is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recovery targets.
- Good knowledge of the assigned geographical area.
- Basic computer literacy and report-writing skills.
