Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
Strong communication & community mobilization skills
Ability to ride a motorcycle with a valid riding permit
Willingness to work in rural areas and travel frequently
Passionate about supporting smallholder farmers
Fluency in English and Luo is preferred
