The successful candidate will oversee daily management of dairy, poultry, crop, and pasture units, supervise farm staff, implement cost-effective practices, and ensure high productivity across all departments.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
As Farm Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of all farm units, ensuring optimal productivity, staff coordination, and reporting. Your core duties will include:
- Oversee milking routines, feeding programs, herd health, and milk quality control.
- Manage biosecurity, feeding, vaccination schedules, and feed conversion monitoring for layers and/or broilers.
- Plan and supervise planting, irrigation, pest control, harvesting, and silage production.
- Lead and mentor a multi-skilled team; manage work schedules, performance reviews, and task delegation.
- Track input use, labor, yield, and livestock performance; submit weekly reports and assist with cost control.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all farm activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to supervise farm teams and coordinate multiple production units.
- Strong understanding of dairy milking systems, poultry vaccination protocols, and feed formulation.
- Knowledge of commercial farm production.
