Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the factory.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and procurement of raw materials.
- Lead and motivate factory staff to achieve production targets.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and policies.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during production.
- Analyze production data and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, food science, human resource, accounting,Â
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills (Advantage):
- Knowing and speaking Chinese is an added advantage.
