Role Overview
The E-commerce Sales and Marketing Intern will support the growth of the organization’s digital sales channels by recruiting B2B clients, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and recruit B2B clients onto the e-commerce platform
● Support sales efforts to grow online revenue
● Coordinate order processing and delivery logistics
● Ensure timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction
● Maintain relationships with clients and respond to inquiries
● Track sales performance and prepare basic reports
● Support digital marketing efforts to promote e-commerce products
● Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements
Qualifications and Requirements
● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
● Interest in sales, marketing, and e-commerce operations
● Basic understanding of digital platforms and online sales
