Role Overview
The Data Analyst Intern will support the organization in analyzing operational and field data to generate insights and inform decision-making. The role focuses on transforming raw data into clear, actionable reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
● Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources
● Develop reports and dashboards to track performance and key metrics
● Support teams with data-driven insights to improve operations and strategy
● Visualize data using tools such as dashboards, charts, and presentations
● Assist in maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
● Use data analysis and AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and insight generation
● Collaborate with different departments to understand data needs
● Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements
● Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
● Basic experience or strong interest in data analysis and reporting

Key Competencies and Skills
● Proficiency or working knowledge of data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
● Tech-savvy with exposure to AI tools and data automation tools
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
● Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
● Good communication and teamwork skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
