Qualifications:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA (Intermediate Level).
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an NGO setting.
- Experience using accounting packages and cloud-based systems.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Oversee financial operations, including reconciliations and payment validation.
- Ensure statutory compliance and regulatory filings.
- Maintain accurate financial records within Xero and Salesforce.
- Prepare financial reports to support management decisions.
- Support audits and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Oversee asset management and effective resource utilisation.
