Job Description:CGS is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage and administer contracts for our government and international clients. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contract requirements, managing contract changes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in contract administration.Responsibilities:• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including contract creation, negotiation, execution, and closure• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, including tracking and reporting on deliverables, milestones, and deadlinesManage contract changes and amendments, including pricing changes, scope changes, and timeline changes• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, legal teams, and subcontractors, to ensure contract compliance• Develop and maintain contract records and files• Identify and mitigate contract-related risks• Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related mattersDesired Qualifications:• At least 5 years of experience in contract administration• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or contract managementKnowledge of government contract regulations and compliance requirements• Excellent organizational and communication skills• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit• Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently• Must be a Ugandan citizen or legally be able to work in Uganda.Requirements• At least 5 years of experience in contract administration• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or contract managementKnowledge of government contract regulations and compliance requirements• Excellent organizational and communication skills• Strong attention to detail• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit• Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently• Must be a Ugandan citizen or legally be able to work in Uganda.
