Consultancy to Support the Drafting and Editing of the Five Year 2021 – 2025 CPD Report

Minimum requirements

Education:

• Advance University degree (Master’s or higher) in mass communication, English Writing, Journalism, Development Policy, International relations or any other related technical field with a strong writing and documenting component is required
  

Work Experience:

• Proven minimum of 5-year experience and demonstrated ability to write in a clear, focused, and understandable way (proof samples may be required).
  
• Prior experience editing and designing UNICEF Country Office reports is desired
  

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English language is required
  

Knowledge/Expertise/Skills:

• Familiarity with UNICEF Writing Style
  
• Strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, capitalization, and sentence structure
  
• Ability to integrate data and draft story lines
  
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work schedules
  

1. Literature review of the COAR Reports 2021 to 2025, CPD 2021-2025
   
2. In liaison with Dep Rep, draft and draw consensus on the outline for the five-year CPD report
   
3. Map out key cumulative high-level results, partnerships and lessons
   
4. Draft summative five-year CPD report
   
5. Solicit and address any comments on the five-year CPD report
   
6. Work with internal graphic designer to design and publish final CPD Five Year Report
