Exposures & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms (e.g. intranet systems, email marketing tools, content management systems) is an added advantage.
- Experience creating graphics or short-form video content using Canva or similar design platforms is an advantage.
- Strong writing, attention to detail, and creativity with a willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced communications environment.
- Create clear, engaging, and well‑structured written communications for employees across channels such as newsletters, intranet posts and digital signage.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to brainstorm and develop creative communication campaign ideas that resonate with targeted audiences.
- Support end‑to‑end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with key performance objectives and communication strategy.
- Coordinate logistics for internal events, conferences, and webcasts, ensuring professional delivery and a seamless experience for participants.
- Support the planning and execution of external communication activities to enhance the company’s visibility and strengthen its brand presence within the industry.
