Job Description

Designation: Affiliate / Business Development Manager

Reporting To: Team Lead

We are a Singapore-based international trading organization engaged in polymers, chemicals, petrochemicals, and textile raw materials. The company has an established global presence, conducting business across multiple regions including Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, and serves customers in over 30 countries worldwide.


Job Details

We are seeking an Affiliate / Business Development Manager based in Indonesia to strengthen our regional presence. The role focuses on identifying buyers for textile raw materials and expanding business opportunities within the local market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify buyers and sellers of textile raw materials in the region
  • Explore and develop new product opportunities based on regional demand
  • Visit customers regularly and build long-term relationships
  • Understand and report industry trends and market insights
  • Promote the company and enhance brand presence in the region
  • Work from a co-working space
  • Interact with industry experts and develop professional relationships
  • Follow up with buyers on requirements and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Handle documentation for all deals and transactions
  • Provide daily MIS reporting to management


  • Attractive commission on sales (terms to be discussed)
  • Travel expenses reimbursed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the textile industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with a proven sales track record
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills
  • Timely response to business requirements and correspondence
