Job Summary:
Leads the development and execution of buyer engagement strategies. Manages regional acquisition officers and ensures that buyers are matched with the right farmers and produce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support regional buyer acquisition officers.
- Develop buyer onboarding frameworks and satisfaction tracking systems.
- Coordinate with AgroStrings TV to feature produce stories and market demand.
- Maintain updated buyer database and lead outreach campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Agribusiness, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
- 3+ years in B2B agriculture marketing or trade.
- Good understanding of produce value chains and buyer behavior.
