Qualifications and Experience
• An honors bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least three (3) years’ working experience, in an Academic Registrars’ office, in a university working on student information databases.
• Should be below 50 years at the time of application.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will assist the Senior Assistant Academic Registrar in:
• Compiling programmes and specific entry requirements to those programmes.
• Compiling shortlists for admission of students.
• Developing student projections.
• Registering bonafide students and maintaining their records.
• Timetabling for lectures and examinations and monitoring implementation of the Timetables.
• Ensuring implementation of the accredited curriculum.
• Monitoring of examination processes.
• Processing students results.
• Preparing academic graduation.
• Processing and issuing academic testimonials.
• Maintaining the student information management systems.
• Implementing all academic policies and guidelines.
• Performing any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
