Application Manager

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Wandegeya, Kampala, for a Study Abroad Scholarship Application Manager. The Application Manager will be responsible for overseeing the application process for clients, ensuring documentation requirements are met, coordinating with educational institutions, providing guidance and support to clients throughout the application cycle, and maintaining accurate records. The role entails regular interactions with clients to address their concerns and provide updates, as well as ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Organizational skills and great attention to detail
• Application Management, Documentation Handling, and Record Maintenance skills
• Customer Support, Communication, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Ability to coordinate and liaise effectively with educational institutions
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the education consulting industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a related field
• Own a personal laptop
• Very flexible and willing to learn in a fast-paced setting
