The beauty of the program is that you start earning even before finishing the program and after, you stand 80% chances of being placed to a job depending on your excellence and dedication. GPAP is a competitive program that only accepts 5 participants in every cohort.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time role for a Finance and Accounting Trainee at TechBuzz Hub starting April 1, 2026. The Trainee will be responsible for Learning and managing accounting software, data entry, assisting with financial statements, using analytical skills to assess financial data, and supporting finance-related tasks. Some work will be done in the office in Kampala, with flexibility for some field work.

Qualifications

(A background in Accounting is just enough)

Financial Statements, Accounting Software, and Finance skills

Risk and financial management

FInancial Planning, Cashflow Forecasting and Investment analysis

Analytical Skills

Communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Pursuing or completed degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
