It has its reputation for indulging guests with splendid and professional service while our experienced chefs cook a variety of meals. Our bistro has the selection of meals at present like La Cart. We cater for a variety of functions.
- Prepare and cook good quality meals according to both company standards and menu cards
- Ensure safe work practices with a particular focus on Work, Health and Safety.
- Variety of cooking from breakfast through to dinner
- Minimize waste at preparation and service stages
- Work unsupervised and carry out all duties efficiently
- Maintain correct storage of all stock items.
