Role Overview
As a Visual Designer, you will partner closely with marketing, product, and editorial teams to create compelling visual assets that elevate our brand and drive engagement and subscription conversion. You’ll focus on crafting high-impact creative across digital channels—bringing campaigns to life through thoughtful design, strong storytelling, and a deep understanding of our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and editorial teams to concept and deliver compelling creative for digital campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end design of marketing assets across web, mobile, email, and social media—from concept through final production.
- Contribute to content and copy development, ensuring messaging is engaging and aligned with the brand voice across touchpoints.
- Translate brand strategy, campaign goals, and audience insights into high-impact visual storytelling that drives engagement and conversion.
- Use performance data, A/B testing insights, and audience feedback to iterate and optimize creative for better outcomes.
- Bring technical awareness into the design process, ensuring layouts, motion, and interactions translate seamlessly into production.
- Help evolve and maintain brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable patterns to ensure consistency across all touch-points.
- Participate in design critiques and contribute to a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience as a Visual Designer, preferably within high-volume B2C, media, entertainment, or content-driven environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling, brand-forward work across digital campaigns, marketing websites, and multi-channel assets.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and layout, with the ability to translate brand strategy into engaging, high-impact creative.
- Experience designing for responsive and mobile-first environments, with a focus on performance, conversion, and engagement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and editorial teams.
- A passion for crafting visually striking, memorable experiences that elevate brand identity and drive user action.
Total Compensation Range: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00
