Job Responsibilities

Basic Account Operation & Maintenance

Be responsible for all basic operations of TikTok accounts, including phone number binding, account registration, homepage setup, daily account nurturing, and account security protection to avoid restrictions or bans.

Check account status daily, respond to comments and private messages, remove inappropriate comments, and conduct routine account management.

Short Video Production & Publishing

Shoot local real-scene videos according to provided scripts, conduct simple editing and subtitle addition, and publish videos after confirmation.

Daily workload: Post 2–3 videos per day, at least 12 videos per week; record views, follower growth data, and maintain work logs.

Follow platform trends, replicate local viral video formats, and maintain account traffic.

Basic Live Streaming Support

Set up and test live streaming devices including mobile phones and computers, check video, network and audio quality, assist with reverse live streaming and regular live broadcasts.

Record basic live streaming data and organize live streaming logs.

Private Domain Traffic & Market Research

Convert potential customers from TikTok to WhatsApp, respond to inquiries, and classify and register customer information.

Liaise with local influencers for cooperation and maintain influencer information databases; conduct offline interviews with local residents to research public preferences and product acceptance when new products are launched, and submit data reports to the headquarters in China.

Data Reporting

Basic Excel skills required; organize weekly operation data, monthly attendance records, expenses and work logs, and submit reports regularly.

Team Management (Mandatory Requirement)

Capable of independently completing all operational work; manage local African employees in the later stage, assign tasks including video editing, account maintenance and daily basic operations.

Supervise employee attendance, track work progress, train local staff on basic operational procedures, and report work issues in a timely manner.
