Job Summary
The person in the role will devise the teaching methodologies in literacy and numeracy, and to improve and strengthen the capacity of school governance structures, thereby facilitating the improvement of learning achievements among students in the Karamoja region.

- Experience Length: 5 years
Job Description/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Teacher Education or related discipline
- Knowledge and understanding of teacher education system and teacher policies in the Ugandan context
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of education especially working as a teacher educator to build teacher capacity
- Previous experience of implementing a teacher development projectÂ
