Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering or related field5 to 7 years' experience in completions management for onshore construction projects in the EPCI industry
- Strong knowledge of industry standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, ISO, and ASTM
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with software programs for completion tracking and documentation
- Knowledge of safety and risk management processes in the EPCI industry
- Develop, execute, and manage completion plans for onshore construction projects
- Ensure all completion activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve completion issues that may arise
- Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure timely delivery of completion documentation
- Supervise and mentor junior completion specialists in the team
