The Teen Pregnancy Programme Social Worker will play a central role in implementing and growing this new program within the community. Initially the role involves identifying and mobilising pregnant teenagers, connecting them with antenatal care, support programmes, and providing ongoing social support throughout pregnancy and early motherhood.
