Shoe Cleaning Worker

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and care for sneakers, leather shoes, suede, and other footwear materials using appropriate products and techniques.
• Identify stains, dirt, discoloration, and material-specific cleaning requirements before starting work.
• Perform deep cleaning, stain treatment, sole cleaning, lace cleaning, and deodorizing.
• Handle delicate and branded footwear carefully to prevent damage during cleaning.
• Inspect shoes before and after cleaning and report existing damage or stains that cannot be fully removed.
• Follow laboratory procedures, maintain a clean workspace, and handle cleaning equipment and products safely.
• Ensure each pair meets the company's quality standards before delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in professional shoe cleaning or footwear care is preferred.
• Good knowledge of leather, suede, mesh, canvas, and other shoe materials.
• Understanding of suitable cleaning products and techniques for different materials.
• Strong attention to detail, patience, and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and meet daily production targets.
• Honest, reliable, organized, and willing to learn new cleaning methods.
