Job Description

Job Responsibilities


New Clients

- Hunting for new clients and identifying business opportunities and prospects

- Visiting new prospect premises or cold call to collect information for need analysis

- Offering existing product or services to meet clients' need and want

- Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects

- Demonstrate live software or demo solutions to clients via physical meeting and e-meeting

- Preparing proposal, engaging seniors (if needed) and closing the sales with clients 

- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.


Existing Clients

- Visiting existing customer premises to gather information about their findings and problems (if any)

- Developing relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance

- Offering new product, service and features for happy client

- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.


Market Research / Product Development

- Collecting market information about existing solutions & competitors

- Collecting new requirements from the market

- Identifies product improvements or new products

- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Employment Status

Full-time


Educational Requirements

Graduates from any discipline and has strong confidence to perform the job. (Graduates from ICT will get  an advantage). 


Experience Requirements

At least 3 - 5 year(s)
