Job Summary
The Security Liaison Officer acts as the primary point of contact between the organization and Client in ongoing operations in Uganda. Ensures smooth communication, operational support, and relationship management. Manage threat intelligence sharing, and coordinate responses to incidents. This role also includes ensuring compliance with security policies and fostering a proactive security culture across the organization

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for Chinese-speaking clients, providing clear and professional communication.
- Support on-ground security operations in coordination with our security teams.
- Assist with administrative and coordination tasks related to security project implementation.
- Occasionally engage in business development activities within the Chinese business community in Uganda to identify new opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written); English fluency is also essential.
- Experience in client relations, security operations, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Culturally aware and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment.
Preferred:
- Background in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.
- Chinese nationals or Westerners fluent in Chinese are welcome to apply.
