SLUL is seeking to recruit an experienced, hardworking, committed, honest, and ethical Sales Team Leader who serves customers excellently with a track record of exemplary performance and great persistence.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manpower 

• Recruitment, selection, training, and Retention of Sales Agents 

• Compliance i.e., COP and Licensing of all Sales agents


2. New Business Acquisition. 

• Drive Agents' productivity to achieve set team targets. 

• Worksites Development and services. 

• Monitoring team performance and goal setting

• Prospecting, selling assistance, and support to sales agents

• Policy Contract Delivery


3. Activity Management. 

• Use of activity management tools to monitor team performance.


4. Motivating and inspiring the team, guiding and counseling of sales agents. 


Education Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in any field of studies.


JOB EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1 year of Sales experience.
