- Masters / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales in freight forwarding & integrated logistics industry.
- Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills with fine experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
- Sound knowledge of freight forwarding activities for all products i/e import, exports by sea & air.
- Strong customers pipeline with clear focus on business expansion, exploring new markets, retention and market penetration.
- Deep sales & sales lead generation to network for global business expansion.
- Knowledge about shipping & logistics market trends, success stories, market intelligence & timely updates.
- Positive, Self-motivated, Confident & Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal & negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with solution design ability through data insights.
- Fluency in English and local languages.
