Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Central, responsible for generating new business and supporting existing client relationships. Daily tasks include engaging with walk-in and referred customers, presenting products and services, explaining features and pricing, and responding to inquiries in a clear and professional manner. The role involves processing sales transactions, updating customer records, preparing basic quotations, and following up on leads through phone, email, and in-person meetings. The Sales Associate will collaborate with the broader team to meet sales targets, participate in promotional activities, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service, consistent attendance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
• Sales aptitude, including basic negotiation skills, comfort with upselling and cross-selling, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in using basic office software and point-of-sale or CRM systems; willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage depending on client base.
• Demonstrated reliability, professional attitude, and willingness to work on-site in Central according to scheduled shifts.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred but motivated candidates with transferable skills are welcome.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
