  • 3-5 years working experience in a sales supervisory related job
  • A minimum qualification of a degree or its equivalent preferably in a business-related course
  • Achieve and exceed regional sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives within the Northern Region.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, expand distribution coverage, and increase market share acrossassigned territories.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to ensure high productivity, accountability, and continuousperformance improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure retention,growth, and service excellence.
  • Develop and implement regional sales plans, promotional activities, and route-to-market strategies aligned withcompany objectives
