About Us:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in a field-based role. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to attract new customers to our Airbnb apartment, a three-level building with two rooms on each level. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong blend of interpersonal skills, digital management knowledge, creativity, and a background in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales: Actively engage in fieldwork to identify and attract potential customers to our Airbnb apartment. Digital Management: Utilize digital tools and platforms to effectively manage sales efforts, track customer interactions, and optimize the customer journey. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase sales and brand visibility, utilizing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others. Hospitality Sector Experience: Leverage your prior experience in the hospitality sector to understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless booking experience. Interpersonal Selling: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through effective interpersonal selling techniques. Creative Idea Generation: Contribute innovative ideas to enhance customer experiences and attract new guests to our Airbnb apartment. Outspoken and Outgoing: Exhibit excellent communication skills, be outspoken in presenting our offerings, and demonstrate an outgoing personality to engage with potential clients effectively.Mandatory Requirements:
Previous experience of 1 year in a sales role, particularly in the hospitality sector, is highly preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related courseCompetencies:
Strong digital management skills, including proficiency in using digital tools and platforms. Demonstrated ability to use social media effectively for sales and marketing purposes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated Proven track record of creative thinking and idea generation. Ability to work independently and proactively in a field-based role.How to apply :
