Project Director – Client-Side PM Consultancy | Sydney

We’re partnering with an independently owned, national project management consultancy experiencing strong growth.

They are now seeking an experienced Project Director to join their Sydney team, leading the delivery of key projects across retail, commercial, healthcare, education, and residential sectors.

The Opportunity

This is a leadership role within a high-performing, close-knit team, where you will take ownership of major projects and play a key role inclient management, team leadership, and project strategy.

You will oversee multiple projects from inception through to completion, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across various sectors
• Build and maintain senior client relationshipsand act as a trusted advisor
• Oversee project performance across program, cost, and quality
• Manage and mentor Project Managers and junior team members
• Lead high-level stakeholder engagement, including clients, contractors, and consultants
• Identify and mitigate project risks at a strategic level
• Contribute to business development and help grow the Brisbane office

About You

• Proven experience in a Project Directorrole within a client-side consultancy
• Strong background delivering large-scale or complex projects (Open to sector/Asset class)
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
• Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate at both a strategic and delivery level
• Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential)
