PMHNP

Due to our expansion, we are currently looking to hire a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners within our new Carmel, IN office. This position will allow our practitioner the option to work solely in the clinic or a hybrid of in-person and remote telepsych (only after intake assessment). (Preference is for in person at the office.)
Candidate can choose contract work 1099 or W2
Responsibilities
Our focus is on hiring a provider that is comfortable working with adolescents and adults or with working across the lifespan. The provider will have the following responsibilities:

• Outpatient clinical services
• Complete psychiatric evaluations and medication management, some therapy available if desired
• Option for Full-time or Part time schedule
• Ability to build rapport and establish a strong working relationship with client
  

W2 Employee Compensation/Benefits

• Compensation is a 65/35 percentage split
• Full time benefits include: Health, Dental, Vision Plans and Supplemental Insurance
• 401K Plan
• Group malpractice insurance (only if W2)
  

Qualifications

• Provider must live within commutable distance of local office
• Provider MUST have some knowledge of Spravato and how to administer Spravato treatments
• Telemedicine experience preferred
• Provider must hold a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification (Or working toward this)
• Provider must have a current, valid license to practice in Indiana
• Active, unencumbered DEA
• Provider would need to have previous prescribing experience
