Baptist Primary Care Physicians at Bartram Commons Enjoy:- Base salary of $260,000+ (based on experience), with a generous guarantee period and the ability to move into an uncapped RVU model at any time. - $20,000 commencement bonus. - Retention incentive at 2 years. - Annual quality incentive. - Retirement benefits. - Average of 18 - 22 patients per day. - Epic EHR system. - CME allowance and free CME opportunities offered. - The region's most extensive specialty network. About Bartram CommonsOur new office is located near several shopping centers, restaurants, and is only 30 minutes from downtown Jacksonville. It is located in St. John's county which boasts top schools and family friendly activities. - Over 1 year of Family Practice Experience Preferred. - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Required. - Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred - Licensed Physician Required - Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License Required Perks of Practicing in St. John's County, Florida- Florida has miles of sandy beaches along both coasts.
