About US:
CURE
Childrens Hospital of Uganda is a non-profit Christian Hospital located in
Mbale and Africas only center for pediatric neurosurgery with a mission of
transforming the lives of children living with neurological disabilities and
their families in the developing world.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelors degree in Nursing or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired Or must have operated at a level of a Principal Nursing Officer.
- At least five years experience in a similar role with a recognized organization preferably a PNFP/NGO. Added advantage having worked in a senior management position.
- Possess a current certificate from the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council
- Additional training and experience in training and human resource development
- Possess excellent supervisory, training, performance evaluation skills.
- Ability to remain calm during stressful
conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to work autonomously.
