Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Information Management, Data Science, Monitoring & Evaluation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adhere to the DRC’s values and ethical standards.
Ability to promote the vision, mission, and strategic goals of the DRC Uganda Program.
Ability to display cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.
Strong willingness to learn and work in field environments.
Fluency in both written & spoken English.
Assist in conducting assessments, surveys, post-distribution monitoring.
Participate in spot checks and routine data quality checks in the field.
Assist in data entry, cleaning, compilation, and basic analysis using Excel or other data tools.
Support preparation of weekly, monthly, and activity reports.
Maintain organized filing systems for MEAL tools, reports, attendance sheets, and monitoring documents.
Support collection and documentation of beneficiary feedback and complaints through established accountability channels.
Support community feedback sessions.
Participate in field monitoring visits and learning activities.
Support documentation of success stories, lessons learned, and good practices
Assist in logistics preparation for MEAL activities including attendance tracking and tool preparation.
