Job Description
The Marketing Officer is responsible for running the Marketing function and performing tasks related to the maintenance, establishment and enhancement of the Bayport brand awareness.
Duties and responsibilities.
• To cultivate and implement suitable marketing initiatives and quarterly integrated marketing plans. Provide immediate coordination of all the Marketing related engagements with media houses. Coordinating the production of marketing materials and take direct custody and accountability for all such items.
• Overseeing the branding and advertising in Bayport and manage the calendar of marketing events. Achieve and maintain the ‘look and feel’ standard by collaboration with Branches and stakeholders. Analyse the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare evaluation reports.
• Support the implementation of ESG Plans and corporate social responsibility as assigned.
Qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2-3 years Marketing experience in similar institutions. Knowledge of industrial standards and Procedures relating to Marketing and Branding.
