The role (what you will actually do)
This is a junior execution role. You will implement growth strategies that are already planned and tested, and help bring more leads to client campaigns through consistent, trackable actions.
A key part of this role is being able to promote and grow IBM SkillsBuild course registrations and engagement. That’s why SkillsBuild experience is required.

Your day-to-day
- Implement campaign tasks under a defined growth plan (content distribution, outreach, landing page updates, basic paid/social support where applicable)
- Track performance and report progress clearly (what was done, what happened, what’s next)
- Maintain simple lead lists and workflows (Sheets/Excel, email)
- Support basic creative needs (Canva assets, simple variations for testing)
- Follow a testing checklist and help run small experiments (copy variations, CTA tweaks, channel tests)
Requirements (must-have)1) IBM SkillsBuild experience (Required)
You must have completed the required IBM SkillsBuild course (or a clearly equivalent course).
This is mandatory because Step 2 of the hiring process includes a SkillsBuild growth task (you will be asked to bring new learners/applicants to SkillsBuild using trackable links).

2) Education
- High school diploma
3) Solid computer skills
- Excel / Google Sheets (tables, filters, basic formulas)
- Email usage (professional communication, follow-ups, organising threads)
- Canva (basic designs: banners, simple creatives, resizing, templates)
Nice to have (not required)
- Studies in Marketing (degree or diploma)
- Relevant experience (internship, freelance, student work)
- Evidence you can build things yourself, e.g.:
- a personal project (blog, small e-commerce, affiliate site, community page)
- a simple growth case study (what you tried, what changed, what results you saw)
- a portfolio link or screenshots of campaigns/creatives/landing pages you worked on

Step 2: Short interview + SkillsBuild growth task (Approved candidates only)
A brief interview to confirm fit, then a small practical task to complete within a short timeframe.
This task will require you to promote IBM SkillsBuild and bring new applicants/learners using trackable links.
If you cannot do this, you will not pass Step 2.
Step 3: Performance check period
We evaluate the results/quality across all submitted tasks. Then you receive the final decision: Hired or Disapproved.
