In this hands-on internship, you'll gain valuable experience assisting our clients with both their IT and AV needs, honing your technical skills and problem-solving abilities across two dynamic fields.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for clients.
• Learn to set up and configure new IT systems, including workstations, laptops, and peripherals.Gain exposure to professional AV systems
• Observe and assist with routine maintenance tasks and updates on client IT and AV systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Collaborate with the IT and AV teams to learn best practices and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Participate in training opportunities to expand your knowledge of industry trends and technologies in both IT and AV fields.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related program (or equivalent coursework).
• Strong understanding of basic computer concepts and a willingness to learn new technologies.Basic understanding of AV equipment and an eagerness to learn more is a plus!
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience providing technical support to friends, family, or in a volunteer role (a plus!).
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux and macOS operating systems.
• Programming Skills are an added Bonus.
