Job Description
- Mengelola kegiatan maintenance unit operasional.
- Memastikan availability dan reliability unit sesuai target.
- Mengoordinasikan tim maintenance dan pengelolaan sumber daya.
- Memastikan penerapan standar kerja dan keselamatan.
- Menyusun evaluasi dan laporan kinerja maintenance.
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Mesin atau jurusan relevan.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun pada posisi yang sama di industri pertambangan.
- Memiliki sertifikasi Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP).
- Memahami sistem maintenance alat berat dan operasional pertambangan.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dan memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik.
